Valve have sent through confirmation Square Enix has pushed the PC version of their gritty crimetastic sequel,
Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days, through the Steam service to take advantage of "a host of Steamworks features and offering the highly anticipated PC title electronically to the more than 20 million Steam gamers around the world".
Releasing August 20 in PAL territories, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days takes bold steps in presentation and art-direction while keeping in line with a strict shooter ethos that works very well, immediately pushing this sequel beyond its predecessor in terms of gameplay and engagement.
